Senior Fitness
Personal training slots are no longer open. Jordan create a personalized personal training program for senior clients. Generally, clients are independent and would like to work out but they are unsure how to get started and what to do.
Jordan has a certification- Functional Training for Older Adults, which allows her to confidently work with seniors. Additionally, she has been training seniors in a group setting, virtually and in person. If you work at a senior center and are interested to learn more, contact her. If you have a senior in your life that needs to move more, definitely send her an email.
Group Senior Services: Teach strength training, safety, walking, and aerobic classes available for senior centers and senior living facilities.
Community Wellness
Self Retreat planning- Jordan helps you curate an experience that is focused on your own self-care goals and is rooted in the dimensions of wellness. Read about Jordan’s last self retreat. This experience is restful and fun, yet intentional and purposeful.
Wellness Events- The focus of these events is wellness education- Introducing folks to the different dimensions of wellness, wellness practices and healthy ways to engage with “wellness.”
Corporate and Non-Profit Wellness
The Wellness Wheel is a self-assessment tool used to evaluate a person’s current state of well-being. After the assessment, participants will leave with resources to help them in areas they would like to improve. The goal is to find a balance between the wellness dimensions and learn about personal strengths and challenges.
