I have taken Jordan’s classes in two forms - an in person outdoor class on the steps of the Art Museum and virtually. Well let me just say that Jordan’s classes are really fun and rival classes at some of the best gyms in the city. They integrate the most current music, are well organized, and train your body to activate both fast and slow twitch muscles. If you’re looking for a well organized full body work out, Jordan will definitely give that to you.

Hybrid

We meet in person once or twice a month to go through an exercises that you’ll use on the app where you workout prescription & plan will be.
You workout using the app and I’ll track and check-in.
We meet in person after 2-3 weeks to refresh & modify your workout.
$50-60 per session

We do everything via the app and connect via email, messaging and/or zoom.

In person:
Cost: A sliding scale with a fair and justifiable cost around $1 per minute. If you are able to pay more, supporting at a higher rate will help those who want to take advantage of training or classes but may not have the means to pay.
1 hour Session: $60-$80

Additional Information:
Personal training can be done one on one or with another person, so a small group session.
Group classes will be circuit/station based or high intensity interval training. Usually 30-40 mins and the location is in Philly behind the Art Museum or at a location we mutually decide on if you have a group of at least 4.
Everyone must fill out a waiver. Either in person or online. The online waiver will be coming soon.
