Seniors I'm Training yall! Part 2

It’s important to train older adults for many reasons: social wellness, improved quality of life, overall health benefits etc. My areas of focuses when crafting an individualize program are

  • proprioception

  • muscle strength

  • functional movement

  • stretching + balance .
