For a few years I’ve had “bootcamp” type group fitness classes on Saturday morning. This summer I’m back, but with a different type of event. I’m working out and I want to invite you. Yes, I’ll still coach you through the workout, but I’ll do it with you! It’s all bodyweight exercises. I have resistance bands if you want added intensity. We have a warm up & cool down too!
I have different levels of intensity and everything is flexible. I just encourage and motivate.

What to Bring: Mat/Towel for floor exercises and Water.
