For a few years I’ve had “bootcamp” type group fitness classes on Saturday morning. This summer I’m back and have several. Bring your friends out. Bring your kids. Bring your partner and start your morning with a nice sweat.

What to Bring: Mat/Towel for floor exercises and Water.
